Looking south across 70th, the Pagliacci is out of frame to the right (west).

Over in Kirkland, Monday will likely be the final design review for Modera Bridle Trails, from Mill Creek Residential and architect Weber Thompson. That means a land sale is nearing at 13033 N.E. 70th Place, where TechCity Bowl, formerly Totem Bowl, will eventually be razed. No start date has been announced.
