Mass timber office project could be yours to build

The building will overlook the Cross Kirkland Corridor ... and its upper levels may have views of Lake Washington.

Plans emerged over three years ago, pre-pandemic, for a small mass timber office project in Kirkland, which the city had dubbed Zylstra Office Building — for the family landowners. The family owns Rena Ware, the cookware company, which is based in Bellevue.
