Leasing signs sprout on Unico's Korn Walker Block

WCCR is representing the Box House space.

There was an ambitious plan, pre-pandemic, to renovate and expand what's generally called the Korn Walker Block , in Pioneer Square. Anchored around the Korn Building at 119 Yesler Way, a collection of old buildings owned by Unico Properties was to be transformed into boutique offices over retail. Lake Union Partners and architect BuildingWork were also part of the effort, which has been quiet since late 2021.
