Perkins + Will puts polish to Local, with 221 Belltown units

A large expanse of retail and commercial space is planned along First, with several terraces above.

There's a new address and two new names now associated with the former IBEW hall property in Belltown. Now bare slab since the union hall's demolition last year, the property now goes by 110 Clay St. (That's on the corner of First Avenue.)
