Inland starts on 256 Spanaway units

SPANAWAY, Pierce County — The land sold last month, as the DJC then reported. Now work has begun at 19406 Mountain Hwy E. in Spanaway for Copper Way, an affordable housing project with 256 units.

Inland Group, of Spokane, is partnering with Seattle's Evergreen Impact Housing Fund on the effort. Cushing Terrell is the architect, and Inland the builder. Completion is anticipated by late next year or early 2025.
