Tacoma hotel trades for $14M

TACOMA — The Hotel Thea, at 7414 S. Hosmer St. in Tacoma , sold for just under $14 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was Param Tacoma LLC, which acquired the property in 2017 for $8.1 million.
