School pays $5M for Kirkland offices

KIRKLAND — A pair of former office buildings at 10406 N.E. 37th Circle in Kirkland have sold for $5.2 million, according to King County records.

The sellers were LLCs associated with Cedar Crest Academy, which acquired the property in 2008 for $3 million.
