Rudd Wood Finishes has a 111-year history in Seattle, most of it in Ballard. Until recently, it went by Rudd Co. Yet as has not been previously reported, the family-owned enterprise sold itself in May to Gemini Coatings of Oklahoma. Terms were not announced.
