Rush completes 95-unit Proctor Flats in Tacoma

Planning began some three years back for what's now known as Proctor Flats, at 3725 N. 27th St. in Tacoma. It's the third of a trio of apartment projects in the same neighborhood from builder and developer Rush Cos.
