Empty and unfinished, 56 Ballard units could be yours

Chinook isn’t yet finished, but it’s certainly nearing completion.

Construction began on the seven-story, 56-unit Chinook apartments in the spring of last year. Now the project at 1446 N.W. 53rd St. is certainly in the late stages of construction, with Saco Construction as the builder. And the Ballard property is also now for sale.
