Kenmore seeks affordable housing developer

The city of Kenmore acquired a vacant lot last year for $3.5 million. The intent? Affordable housing. Thus the request for proposals, published yesterday in the DJC, for someone to develop a minimum of 150 affordable units, plus some commercial or community-oriented space at grade.

Proposals are due by Oct. 6. The city will conduct a virtual project briefing on Aug. 8, followed by a site tour.
