Sierra Construction to build 178 units on busy Ballard corner

A demolition permit is pending for the Market Arms corner in Ballard, and Deal Investments is closing in on a master use permit for the apartments planned at 2401 N.W. Market St. One more round of design review seems likely for Urbal Architecture's now 178-unit plan. (The latest design shows a few tweaks to materials, colors and facade treatments.) That date hasn't yet been set.
