108 Renton units, newly completed, sell for $44M

Looking south, the project was nearing completion last year.

The very new Sunset Terrace apartments, in Renton's Highlands neighborhood, sold last week for $44 million. The seller was an LLC associated with Colpitts Development, which acquired the land for under $1 million back in 2013, then later developed it.
