Lowman & Hanford Building, mostly vacant, could be yours

The building originally had four stories, until a three-story addition in 1902.

Long before the pandemic, Manchester Capital Management bet big on Pioneer Square, and the ongoing RailSpur project that it initiated is still active, though with very few signed tenants. Before that wealth manager and investor began buying up old buildings south of Yesler Way, however, it made a quiet 2015 deal for the historic Lowman & Hanford Building, at 616 First Ave., facing Pioneer Square.
