Hotel planned at North Bend outlet mall

The hotel will apparently go on the south end of the property, along Bendigo.

What's now known as North Bend Premium Outlets, at 461 S. Fork Ave. S.W., was developed in the early 1990s — just before Amazon and online shopping began to permanently reshape the retail economy. The 25-acre property last traded in 2001; then the ownership company was sold to Simon Property Group three years later.
