Aurora motel conversion planned

SEATTLE — A North Seattle motel traded six years ago for a little over $4.1 million. Now, instead of redeveloping the corner property at 8201 Aurora Ave. N., the owner instead filed a recent plant to convert the Everspring Inn to apartments.

Kitchenettes will be installed in the 32 rooms, and 27 surface parking stalls will evidently be left intact. Benny Kim Design filed the plan on behalf of owner Next Wave Investments LLC.
