DESC plans 120 Lake City units

SEATTLE — An old auto-sales lot, once home to a Bill Pierre dealership, appears bound for sale and redevelopment by Downtown Emergency Service Center.

SMR Architects recently filed a five-story, 120-unit affordable housing plan for the now vacant site at 12051 Lake City Way N.E. It hasn't yet entered design review.
