On the northwest corner of Lynnwood's City Center area (and its future light rail station), a vacant pizza restaurant building sold in 2021 to a Bellevue investor for just under $2 million. Now there's a redevelopment plan at 4820 196th St. S.W., and the city recently determined that permit application was complete. The public comment period has passed.
