Jemco to depart Kirkland home for new Bothell development

There’s no declared schedule for the project, and no sign yet of a builder.

A church-owned baseball field in Bothell, plus associated parking, spans about 6 acres. Now destined for sale, it's immediately east of Interstate 405, at 11790 N.E. 195th St., and west of North Creek. Prospective buyer Jemco Components & Fabrication received a SEPA determination of non-significance from the city last month, which clears the path for a new industrial building and home for Jemco. That company, which primarily serves the aerospace industry, has long been based in Kirkland.
