Columbia Pacific and partner land $132M refi for yard space

What is IOS? Industrial outdoor storage — or, as most of us would call it, yard space. No buildings, just concrete or gravel or dirt. It's a niche within industrial real estate, one that closely follows logistics, and local shop Columbia Pacific Advisors is in that niche.
