Extended-stay sells for nearly $12M

MUKILTEO — A TownePlace Suites by Marriott, at 8521 Mukilteo Speedway, sold in June for about $11.8 million (after a personal property deduction), according to recent Snohomish County records. The seller was BRE Select Hotels Properties LLC, which is associated with Blackstone Real Estate.

The buyer was VEER Hospitality Mukilteo LLC, which is associated with a motel investor/operator in Fife, plus partners in California. Public records indicate a loan from First Fed Bank.
