Ilahie announces long-term office and hotel plan near ship canal

The six-building plan hasn't yet entered design review.

As the DJC first reported in May, significant office and hotel plans have been brewing on a stretch of West Ewing Street near the Lake Washington Ship Canal. There are multiple addresses on the 4.6-acre strip, south of the ship canal and upland of the now shuttered Foss Maritime shipyard.
