BioMed files plan for NorthEdge flip to life science

The building looks south to the Burke-Gilman Trail and Gas Works Park.

Back in 2021, BioMed Realty bought the Tableau-leased NorthEdge building in Wallingford, at 1621 N. 34th St., immediately north of Gas Works Park. Tableau had been sold to Salesforce two years prior, and there have since been post-pandemic staff cuts for both the corporate parent in San Francisco and its Seattle acquisition.
