Inland Group completes 257 Lake City units, all to be affordable

The midblock site is walkable to the nearby Grocery Outlet and Fred Meyer.

Acting as both builder and developer, Inland Group began construction on its Polaris at Lake City affordable housing project in early 2021. That work began with the demolition of the old Value Village, at 12548 Lake City Way N.E.
