STS to build 70 Capitol Hill units for Cohen

The midblock site is a short walk west to Capitol Hill Station and all the shops on Broadway.

Soon after the land sale, redevelopment plans emerged about two years ago for the old Town House apartments, a 1960s low-rise building at 228 11th Ave. E. on Capitol Hill . The replacement apartment building, from owner Cohen Properties, is to have its next design review on Sept. 13. That proposal now stands at seven stories, 70 units and no parking.
