Retail and commercial bays will face a large public plaza on MLK.

Nitze-Stagen owns a corner site at 4200 S. Webster St., about a block south of Othello Station. With Neiman Taber Architects, there's an eight-story and now 203-unit apartment plan that's steadily gaining steam. Nitze-Stagen hopes to break ground next year, though with no declared builder.
