360 Redmond units sold for $125M, orange bear included

The long, skinny site has two buildings: red to the west, and blue to the east.

The recently developed Radiate Apartments, at 15808 Bear Creek Pkwy. in downtown Redmond, have sold for about $125 million, according to JLL, which brokered both sides of the deal. King County hadn't yet recorded the sale by deadline Thursday, so not all the particulars were available.
