SoDo building trades for over $4M

SEATTLE — A warehouse at 2752 Sixth Ave. S. recently sold for $4.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was the family owner of the business now located there, carpet seller CF ReSource, which acquired the property in 1998 for $574,000.
