Mill Creek opens 288 Redmond units, with another 420 to follow

There’s no declared schedule for the north project, Modera Bel-Red.

Mill Creek Residential Trust opened its 288-unit Modera Overlake apartments to renters this spring. That eight-story project is now going by 15350 Bel-Red Road , a new address, which is about a 15-minute walk northwest to Overlake Village Station. (That may open next year.) The apartments broke ground in the late summer of 2020.
