Trammell Crow plans 299 Shoreline units near station

The corner site is a few steps east of the station.

Using an LLC, from December to June, Trammell Crow Residential assembled an over 1.3-acre Shoreline development site just east of the future Shoreline North/185th Station. Six residential properties traded from individual owners, for a total of about $8.3 million.
