Renton Walgreens sells for over $7M

RENTON — A Walgreens-leased property at 275 Rainier Ave. S. in Renton sold for nearly $7.3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was CP Thunder FS LLC, which acquired the property 12 months ago for about $6.8 million.
