Prologis now offering former Rainier Valley Pepsi plant for lease

Pepsi has left the Rainier Valley. Prologis bought the 10-acre bottling plant at 2300 26th Ave. S. back in 2018, then paying $65 million. It was unclear at the time how much longer that Pepsi might continue to lease back the property.
