Exxel Pacific to build new Ida Culver House, with 137 Ravenna units

The old complex to be replaced now has 91 units. This view looks north, from the creek and wetlands.

There's no declared schedule yet for Era Living to redevelop its Ida Culver House in Ravenna, at 2315 N.E. 65th St. , with a new senior community designed by Weber Thompson. And Seattle City Council still needs to approve a partial rezoning measure.
