This view looks roughly east at the project; the same team also has a companion building now under construction on the other side of MLK.

You couldn't get any closer to Columbia City Station if you tried. Directly east of the station, at 4734 31st Ave. S., Sound Real Estate Development and architect SHW secured their master use permit in June for an apartment project.
