Chinn nearing the finish line for 139 Roosevelt units

The corner site is a few steps north to Roosevelt Station.

The crane is gone, and the Corner 63 apartment project looks on track to open late this year. Chinn Construction began work at 6300 Ninth Ave. N.E. in the summer of 2021.
