SmartCap triples down on Arlington

Looking roughly northwest, a new 173rd Street will separate the two SmartCap projects.

Developer SmartCap and its Pivotal Construction building arm have substantially completed the second industrial building at Arlington Air. That phased development at 17212 51st Ave. N.E. is on land ground leased from the city of Arlington. That's south of the municipal airport, at Exit 206 from Interstate 5.
