293-unit Hemlock now leasing in Greenwood

The project includes about 12,000 square feet of retail/commercial space, in one to four bays on Greenwood.

On the Greenwood site of a former Safeway, Washington Holdings is now leasing the first of two planned apartment buildings. The temporary certificate of occupancy came earlier this month for the Hemlock, at 8704 Greenwood Ave. N.
