Hotel/apartment combo for West Seattle nearing MUP

There’s no brand associated yet for the hotel rooms.

Acting as builder and developer, STS Construction is working with Atelier Drome Architecture on a West Seattle hotel and apartment project, located a few steps north of Alaska Junction. The project will replace a pair of old commercial buildings at 4448 California Ave. S.W. Those may be sold after a master use permit is issued (an application was just submitted). Or the developer may partner with the longtime owner, a residential broker whose office is there now.
