Belltown offices test the market

When the landmarked Smith Tower went on the market last month, everyone took notice. But what about a less glamorous, bread-and-butter offering like 2505 Second Ave.? Like Smith Tower, it last traded before the pandemic. And now, if and when a buyer shows up, the price will represent an interesting test of the downtown office market.
