31 Beacon Hill units face first design review

The corner site is a short walk north to Beacon Hill station.

Plans emerged three years ago to redevelop an old commercial property at 3207 Beacon Ave. S., on the corner of South Hanford Street. (That's about an eight-minute walk north to Beacon Hill Station.) Only last Friday came the first administrative design review for a proposed five-story, 31-unit apartment building.
