DevCo nearly above ground on 222-unit Everett project

The crane is up, and a five-story, 222-unit affordable senior housing project is nearly above grade at 12121 Evergreen Way (aka state Route 99). Ovation at Paine Field is being developed by DevCo and built by its related building arm, Heartland Construction. The architect is Charlie Morgan & Associates.
