Solis, the 45-unit passive house, finally sold on Capitol Hill

The apartments were completed in late 2020, then toed the market.

The 45-unit Solis, at 1300 E. Pike St., went on the on the market in December of 2020, not long after that Capitol Hill passive-house project was completed.
