Aegis goes green (and brown) in West Seattle

The land hasn't sold yet, there's no general contractor attached, but plans are advancing nicely at 5252 California Ave. S.W., where Aegis Living intends to build a new senior community. Ankrom Moisan Architects is designing the five-story, 103-unit project, with Oct. 19 likely to be its final design review.
