Pierce County buys Tacoma office building for $27M

By JOURNAL STAFF

TACOMA — An office building at 1501 Market St., plus an associated parking lot, sold last week for a little under $27.3 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was Regence BlueShield, which had owned the property for decades — and possibly since it was developed.
