Greystar has 2 headaches to deal with on Capitol Hill

Greystar and architect Weber Thompson are close to securing a master use permit at 1410 E. John St., aka the Capital Hill Safeway block. There, city design review approval came last month for a five-story, 336-unit apartment proposal that's also to include a new Safeway.
