If the plan proceeds, and another sale or sales follow, that corner could see 255 units in two buildings, plus a hotel.

A little south of Angle Lake Station, in SeaTac, a 69-pad mobile home park last traded in 2007 for almost $5 million. Now that vacant 6.5-acre property — formerly The Firs — is headed toward an upzone, with apartments and a hotel to follow. Future land sales seem likely, too.
