Odegard

Cushman & Wakefield recently announced its hiring of Jacob Odegard, who joins the multifamily team as a director. He makes the move from Paragon Real Estate Advisors. C&W's Alison Beddard said in a statement, “We continue to strengthen and expand our multifamily investment sales practice. Jacob has advised a high volume of transactions representing both sellers and buyers, and has always conducted his business with a client-first attitude.” Odegard will work alongside with Tim McKay, Dan Chhan, Matt Kemper and Sam Wayne. The latter added, “We're thrilled to welcome Jacob to our growing team.”
