Fortress plans Puyallup industrial project

Fortress hopes to complete the building in early 2025.

Down south in Puyallup, the former Washington Cold Storage plant was sold to Fortress Holdings at the very end of 2021. Not long after the $4.2 million deal, planning began for a new industrial building at 240 15th St. S.E. That's about 8 acres on the south side of the Puyallup River, east of Highway 512 and north of the Union Pacific tracks.
