Lift plans new industrial project in Kent

The developer continues to expand its presence in the Kent Valley.

ia an LLC, Lift Partners paid almost $11 million last year for an old industrial complex at 18420 68th Ave. S. That's a little south of Westfield Southcenter, south of a bend in the Green River, with about 6.5 acres. The site faces west to the West Valley Highway.
