Student housing plan awaits design review

This is the view motorists would have from the 45th Street offramp from I-5, looking north.

Champion Real Estate and architect Weinstein AU are headed toward their initial design review, possibly this fall, for a revised and smaller student housing plan at 700 N.E. 45th St. The eight-story structure is to have 29 suites with 232 beds (the latter being the standard metric with such projects).
